Frequently Asked Questions

Currently, I charge individual clients $125 for 55-minute sessions and couples or family $150 for 55-minute sessions.

Payment is due at the end of each session and is payable to Krissy Thomas Therapy. I accept HSA, Zelle, Venmo and major credit cards.

I currently accept insurance that varies state to state including United, Atena, Cigna, Optum and Oxford. Please contact me to confirm that I accept your specific plan. I use a service called Headway to verify your insurance and it is a quick easy process.
